Service philosophy

People with disabilities have the right to travel freely and develop social life. Through the new shuttle rehabus model, wheelchair users are provided with constant and convenient pick-up services to help them reduce their life restrictions and strive to promote their integration into the community.

Purpose

Through the regular and convenient shuttle bus service, in addition to going to the hospital, people with disabilities may also achieve social travel purposes such as going out with friends and relatives, participating in cultural and recreational activities, and handling personal affairs.

Service Features

• No advance appointment is required;

• The vehicle travels cyclically according to the designated route;

• There are stations along the route;

• Must wait and get on or offat the station;

• The form is same as public bus.

Service object

Wheelchair users or individuals with moderate or above physical disabilities in need of assistive devices, who have independent mobility abilities, hold a Macao Resident Identity Card, and have registered as members. (If necessary, they may be accompanied by one person during the ride.)

Registration method

First-time applicants must call at 2852 7101 or 6669 3405 at least 1 working day before using the service to register through the phone, and be sure to meet the conditions to use the service;

Service charge

There is no charge, donation support is welcome, please help.

Service hours

07: 30-20: 30, the frequency of shuttle rehabus is every 1 hour 15 minutes.
